ABOUT ME

I am a Guido Goldman Fellow at the Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies at Harvard University. I hold a PhD in Political Science from Central European University, awarded with distinction. My research focuses on political ideologies, party politics, religion and politics, and Eastern Europe.

I have held research positions and fellowships at the Institute for Human Sciences (IWM) in Vienna, the European University Institute, Stanford University’s Hoover Institution, and the University of Vienna. My research has been supported by the Fulbright Commission, the Austrian Academy of Sciences, the Hoover Institution, and other international fellowship programs. My work has been published or is forthcoming in the Journal of Democracy, Modern Intellectual History, Political Studies Review, and Europe-Asia Studies.

Alongside my academic work, I have experience in Czech politics. I previously worked as a political advisor and strategist in Czech party politics and served in the cabinet of the Czech Vice Prime Minister.
