
ABOUT ME
Krystof Dolezal is a postdoc fellow at the Austrian Academy of Sciences and a research fellow at the research project Scaling the Transnational (STEPPE) led by the Centre Marc Bloch, Berlin. He holds a PhD in Political Science from Central European University. His research focuses on Eastern Europe, political ideologies, religion, and their intersections with regime change. Krystof has held research positions at the European University Institute, Harvard, and Stanford. His work has been supported by the Fulbright Commission, the Visegrad Fund, and the Hoover Institution. His research appeared in Foucault Studies, Politics, Religion & Ideology, and Europe-Asia Studies. Outside academia, Krystof served as a political advisor in Czech party politics and in the cabinet of the Vice Prime Minister.
